RMIT University offers academic merit scholarships for Australian, New Zealand and international students. These scholarships are awarded for students to commence full-time Bachelor of Engineering degree in the School of Civil, Environment and Chemical Engineering. In 2015 there are five scholarships available one for a female applicant, one for an international applicant and three for all applications.The scholarship provides $5000 for one year. The application deadline is 12 March, 2015.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
-be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, international student or humanitarian visa holder
-have achieved excellent year 12 results with an ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) (or equivalent) of 90 or greater demonstrate aptitude to study in the relevant field
-International students who do not have an ATAR score must provide a legible copy of your non-Australian results and the explanatory page of what those grades mean (the copy that you provide of your results must list subjects undertaken and grades achieved on official paper/letterhead of the institution). Any document not in English requires a translation to be provided. Any illegible copies will not be reviewed or considered.
-be commencing your first year in civil, environmental or chemical programs full-time in semester 1, 2015.
