Erasmus University Rotterdam is offering Excellence Scholarship for students who have obtained a master’s degree and want to do a full-time master or research master programme. In order to be eligible for a EUR Excellence Scholarship applicant need to be registered for a fulltime master or research master at EUR. Scholarship pay a tuition fee equal to the EEA/EU Students statutory tuition fee (€ 1.951 in 2015/2016) instead of the higher institute tuition fee. The deadline for the application is 31 May 2015.

Eligibility:
-In order to be eligible for a EUR Excellence Scholarship applicant need to be registered for a fulltime master or research master at EUR (post-initial study programmes are excluded from the scholarship). You have to delay the digital authorization for the tuition fee in Studielink until you have received a letter about the outcome of your application.
-Applicant also need to be admitted to the master programme of your choice. If there are admission requirements or if applicant is not sure, he/she can contact the Education Office of that study programme or faculty and ask for a proof of admission.
-Furthermore you must have graduated cum laude[2] for at least one bachelor or master programme at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and you need to fulfil the nationality criteria for the EEA/EU students statutory fee.
Scholarship Open for International Students:Â EEA/EU students can apply for this scholarship.

How to Apply: Applicant can send their application by e-mail to the coordinator of the EUR Excellence Scholarships. Together with your application you need to send the following documents:
-Motivation letter (please include your reasons for wanting to do the second master programme), maximum 2 pages;
-Curriculum vitae, maximum 2 pages;
â€" (Certified) copies of certificates and transcript of records of higher education that show whether or not you have graduated cum laude for that particular study programme. If you have not yet received your certificate then you need to send a letter from the exam committee which shows that it is expected that you will graduate cum laude;
-Preferably a letter of recommendation from a scientific staff member of Erasmus University Rotterdam
-Proof of admission to the master programme of your choice
-Please make sure your application is complete. Only completed applications which have been submitted in time will be taken into consideration.
