Eligibility:Â To be eligible to receive a scholarship students must be self-funding and classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes, plus be a national of, or permanently domiciled in one of the following countries: Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Georgia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
-To be eligible, you must apply for a study place by 19 April 2013 and hold an offer of a study place for entry in September 2013.
Scholarship Open for International Students: Students of Russian Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Georgia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan can apply for this Scholarship.
Scholarship Description: We are very proud of our association with Kaplan and grateful for their continued support for University of Sheffield international students through their Kaplan Postgraduate Scholarship. There is one Kaplan Eurasian Postgraduate Scholarship 2013. This scholarship is available for students starting their postgraduate taught masterâs degree in any faculty at the University in September 2013.
Number of Awards: One Scholarship is offered.
Duration of award(s): Scholarship is Awarded for one year only.
What does it Covers:  The scholarship will take the form of a £5,000 tuition fee reduction for one year only.
Selection Criteria:Â The Kaplan Postgraduate Scholarship 2013 will be awarded on the basis of academic merit.
How to Apply:Â If you wish to be considered for this scholarship you need to apply to study at Sheffield. Eligible students will automatically be sent details of how to apply for a scholarship from January 2013 onwards.
Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at Sheffield.
Notifications:Â The results will be announced by 28 June 2013.
Scholarship Application Deadline:Â The deadline for applications is Friday 26 April 2013.
